what to cook

This guide includes recipes that we have made in our home kitchens and absolutely love. They are not so complicated that you will need great concentration to cook and they have been selected to suggest flavors and combinations that work well together or new ways for cooking common ingredients. A little variety is always good. Trust your instincts and always taste your food. If a recipe has been adapted from a cookbook, it is noted at the top. And remember, cooking is not about being the best or most perfect cook. It is more about having respect for your food and those you are feeding.
