Your first thought for this Valentine’s Day may be that the only thing you should be making for dinner is a reservation. But, do you really want to be in a theme-decorated restaurant in which the tables have been strangely arranged for two, and what they are serving is from a “special” (translation: overpriced) menu? Not us.
Here is our proposal (male or female): Cook a “date” dinner for two at home, uncork a nice bottle of wine or try our special drink suggestion, light a few candles, and eat with the one you love.
Roasted Game Hens with Pignoli Pilaf Stuffing
Beet Carpaccio with Mint Vinaigrette
Mediterranean Carrot Salad
