Pecan Wood Smoking Chips
These all-natural real-wood chips are nutty and sweet with a lot of subtle character; they will add a touch of magic to your meal. They work great on gas, electric or charcoal grills and are perfect for beef, pork and chicken, and all game birds. Simply soak chips for 30 minutes to an hour in water, apple juice or beer.
