Avoid Foods You See Advertised on Television
Food is meant to be grown, not manufactured. If it comes in a package, you might want to think twice about buying it, beginning with cereals and snack foods. It’s time to take our health and our children’s health out of the hands of manufacturers and fast food chains. It is very difficult when we are bombarded with advertising, marketing, colorful packaging and free promotions to resist the temptation to “give in”, but why not give it a try and make one of these delicious, good-for-you alternatives:
Homemade Muesli
Overnight Oatmeal, or
Power Bars
You will save money too!!!
