Knowing how to make basic sesame noodles recently saved a meal. With friends waiting to be fed and a pot of “not so good” curry risotto down the drain, these noodles quickly became part of the meal. Topped with sauted beet greens and served with grilled salmon marinated in a little fresh ginger and teriyaki (look for Soy Vay brand with no MSG and no preservatives), these noodles were eaten in huge quantities. Cold leftovers became breakfast the next day. Or, box in a container — as they are perfect for packing.
