Tried the salmon wrapped in foil on the grill for a dinner of 6 at the farm. Suggested substitutions: fennel for asparagus and added kalamata olives to the pack. Nice, simple flavors. The perfect "do ahead" dinner because I was able to pack everything in the foil wrap earlier in the day. We even served it straight out of the foil pack at the table.
