In my recent mission to shop organic at Costco, your recommendations are very similar to what I added to my cart, and I just wanted to also mention that I was able to get Organic Silk, Boca Burgers, Organic lettuce and spinach, and Aidell's sausages, and olive oil.

Although the farmers' market and Trader Joes's are still my first preferences (and shopping in this bulk style is still difficult for me), my fiance is coaxing me along to make this work! I am hopeful that Costco will notice the organic trend and will start adding many more choices to their available options.
