Hummus

From our friend Marie, currently living with her family in Zambia. She suggests using twice the amount of cumin.

4 c. chick peas
1/3 c. tahini
1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. olive oil
2-3 lemons worth of juice
2-3 lg. garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. cumin

Blend up and voila!
