I made these ribs for a large family gathering on Memorial Day, and they were fabulous! They were really easy...all the preparation (which was minimal) was done several hours before our guests arrived, and they were totally delicious. Such a great alternative to the usual steaks and burgers! I'm making them again for a 4th of July party.
