Amuse-Bouche

It is time to Spread the Word. We like to think of our e-bites as morsels that excite your palate and whet your appetite. They are like staying in touch with that good friend who always shares with you the things you need (and want) to know - from the basics to the newly discovered.

Please talk us up and pass along to family and friends who you think would enjoy our e-bites. They will not be automatically signed up. We will simply send them a personal invitation to join.

For the record, an amuse-bouche (ah-mewz-BOOSH) typically refers to a one- or two-bite portion that is meant to tickle the tastebuds; it is usually served before the hors d’oeuvres or first course of a meal. The cooks’s objective is to prepare the diner for the meal and give a glimpse of what’s to come.
